Regardless of my need to win a tumblr argument over a stupid game, this is really sad and pathetic. Just further shows out obsession with media.
This is incredibly fucked up. This woman doesn’t (or I hope she doesn’t) represent the way the majority (or even a large minority) of people respond to any situation. It’s sick, and while I could dwell on this and hate this woman, it isn’t worth my time to devote that much energy into a woman who has already ruined her own life.
And, while I don’t want to downplay the woman’s actions, I have to rebut the claim that this is evidence of Farmville hurting people (even though I really don’t care - I’m in a debating mood). Obviously, this woman has something wrong with her. People don’t kill their babies simply because they are interrupting their game. Farmville did not make her kill her baby, she killed her baby because she could not handle the responsibilty of being a good mother. Her priorities were obviously in a very strange order. She wanted to play Farmville, and she didn’t want any distractions, but when your fucking baby starts to cry, you take care of your baby, you don’t shake it because it is annoying.
